A relaxing area... ... in the exclusive neighborhood of Parioli-Villa Borghese in Rome, Suite Oriani is located inside an elegant villa built in 1929, taking inspiration from the Art-Nouveau style. The elegant antique furnishings, the modern comforts and the beautiful location make Suite Oriani a charming Townhouse, ideal for business and tourist stays, honeymoons and pleasant vacations.
Near Villa Borghese, Via Veneto and the Auditorium Parco della Musica, Suite Oriani is a charming townhouse dedicated to guests who wish to stay in Rome surrounded by elegance and modern comfort.
The Auditorium “Parco della Musica”, a multifunctional complex defined as a “factory of culture” by its architect Renzo Piano, is one of the most important cultural landmarks in Rome and Italy, attracting over one million visitors every year. It is home to the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and hosts the rich multidisciplinary program of the Fondazione Musica per Roma, including exhibitions, concerts, festivals and meetings with authors.
Villa Glori, originally known as the Parco della Rimembranza and dedicated to the fallen of Italy’s wars of independence from the Papal State, covers a wide area from the Tiber River to the slopes of the Parioli hills. It features a riding stable and a playground and is equipped for jogging and biking activities.
Villa Ada, with its dense pine forests, cypress trees and rare exotic species, was once the private residence of King Vittorio Emanuele II and now hosts an elegant riding stable.
Also noteworthy are the 16th-century Villa Balestra and Villa Torlonia, an elegant 19th-century neoclassical complex.
The Baroque heart of Rome is unmissable, starting from Piazza di Spagna with its famous Barcaccia fountain. The Spanish Steps, connecting the square to the Pincio Hill, are covered in blooming azaleas in spring, framing the Church of Trinità dei Monti and creating a stunning setting for fashion shows and events.
Suite Oriani is located in the Parioli district, one of the most exclusive areas of Rome, rich in historical and natural interest, as well as excellent business and leisure facilities.
The district is connected to the historic center via a metro stop or a pleasant walk through Villa Borghese.
From here you can easily reach the Borghese Gallery and Museum, the Bioparco, the MACRO Contemporary Art Museum, the National Gallery of Modern Art, the Auditorium Parco della Musica and Ponte Milvio, the oldest bridge in Rome.

The business vocation of Parioli is reflected in the presence of important institutions such as GME, Italia Lavoro and the Antitrust Authority, numerous professional offices, the LUISS University, as well as embassies and consulates.
In the healthcare sector, nearby private clinics include Mater Dei, Quisisana and Villa Parioli.
